Queen Elizabeth Cake I
I have made 4 of these cakes in the last week. It is WONDERFUL!! My boss asked me to make it for his B-Day. He said his Grandmother made it for him every year and he had not had it since he was a boy. I doubled the recipe and made some cupcakes, worked great.

Chocolate Pound Cake I
Well, here it is, 23 July 2008, hurricane Dolly is headed for our Texas coast. Thank goodness we are not getting the direct hit. My sixteen year old wants a chocolate pound cake, I made this one and it was wonderful comfort food in our time of need<><
