Sausage Mushroom Manicotti
I followed the recipe, with the exception of the canned mushrooms. I used fresh button mushrooms, sliced and sauteed them in butter. The flavors were great. Next time, I think I will omit the sausage and add more mushrooms, seeing as that's what I loved most about it.

Cheese and Sausage Stuffed Zucchini
This is a good recipe with lots of room to customize it. The zucchini at my local store are small so I buy several. I have found that these taste really well as leftovers. I used sausage the first time, however I prefer it without.

Irish Cream Bundt Cake
I made this cake for my sister's birthday. I have mixed reviews, I found the cake a bit dry. My family loved it however. The thing we all agreed on was the great flavor of the glaze.
