I'm 57 years old and still a tomboy at heart. I've never really enjoyed cooking, but love football with the guys. Anything with Perogies or Gnocchi. When everyone asked for the recipe and also wanted me to serve my Enchiladas whenever they visited, I knew I'd hit my first triumph. I hit another one when I made my Sweet Potato Casserole and a friend who previously 'hated' sweet potatoes specifically asked me to not come to his picnics without it! That's a WOW factor to me. The time I tried my first turkey and did not realize they came with things stuffed inside. Surprise...!!!!
