I had a Mexican restaurant down in Inglewood (a suburb of Los Angeles. I've been cooking with my Father ever since I've been old enough to be trusted around a stove or knee high to a grass hopper. Most all Mexican food but friends love my chili rellenos. I also enjoy working with a great assortment of cuisines, especially, Chinese and Italian I don't know if I have a traditional trait in the cooking world. I normally would always prepare the turkey and dressing for Thanksgiving. Open pit barbecue and our Golden Anniversary barbecue consisting of smoked ribs, slow cooked chicken breasts and thighs in the barbecue accompanied with a variety of specialty foods for the occasion. I no doubt have had some but the only real tragedy that comes to mind is when I fried both of my hands while stoning the grill in the restaurant when the brick broke in half and both hands landed on the hot oil of the grill.
