I am a retired chef and I love to cook! I had an accident that forced me to retire and I have had to adapt my way of cooking because I am handicapped.

I love to cook for my family and friends, especially for holidays! We also belong to a Medieval re-enactment group, the SCA, for which my husband and I do a lot of cooking.
