Beef-Stuffed French Bread
I made this today for first time and it was awesome. I outed the celery for a small white onion which gave it a little kick. I also added some horseradish sauce on the top bread which made it awesome..... served au jus on the side for dipping too as the recipe as is can be a little bland.

Bacon Cheese Fries
I loved these! I used seasoned fries and still added some soul seasoning... i actually drizzled some ranch dressing on them before i put them in the oven so the ranch got all melty and deliscious!

Irish Egg Rolls
These are the Best!!!! I Added a little leek to it because it seemed to be missing something.... Coming from Irish roots these little snacks did the trick. I made an awesome horshradish sauce for diping and they got devoured.
