Perfect Turkey
This was absolutely amazing and I will now brine for life. I followed the recipe almost exactly (added an apple as well, added herbs to melted butter to be brushed on skin and used a flavor injector to inject the same butter into the meat). It was the moistest most flavorful turkey ever. Several guests have now deemed me "the turkey maker" from now on and claimed it was the best they ever had....not sure if that's good or bad :) Oh!....this also made the best gravy too! Thanks so much!
