Abalos-Style Hamburger Soup (Picadillo Filipino)
I made it as written except I used canned tomatoes and cooked the ground beef seperately. I served it over rice. The family loved it.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
Great comfort food and very easy to make. I have even frozen the leftovers which did ok when re-heated.
