About this Cook
I'm 20, married to a wonderful man, and I love learning new things with cooking. God has definetly blessed me to have someone to cook for or I probably would have never learned!
My favorite things to cook
Anything that looks and tastes great in the end.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Hmmm... Probably competitions... Who has the best chili, pot roast, chicken fried rice...you know...
My cooking triumphs
I think it would be at night on Christmas Eve making tons of thumbprint cookies until 2 a.m and getting up at 7 a.m to start a turkey... stamina man....
My cooking tragedies
I guess not learning from my mistakes...?

Roasted New Red Potatoes
I made this for my husband and I and they were delicious! I added rosemary and garlic and it was perfect.

Baked French Fries I
These are good, but at that temperature they do burn around the edges and not so crispy in the center. I think the flavor was good but lowering your oven temp to 400 degrees is a good idea. You get that good crispiness. Thanks for posting!

Iced Pumpkin Cookies
I love pumpkin and these were so good. I added some cinnamon to the icing to compliment the flavor of the cookies and it was great.
