I've been cooking since I moved out of my mother's house just over 10 years ago. Cooking kind of came naturally to me. My mom and grandmother (all of the women in my family for that matter) have all been phenominal cooks. I don't think I'm phenominal, but I'm pretty darn good! I love cooking my mom's traditional recipes. It reminds me of home but keeps me set in the reality of always trying to get things just right. I also enjoy cooking Mexican food...my hubs loves my enchiladas while my stepdaughter loves my chicken pot pie. My mom and grandman and auntie would all cook Thnaksgiving dinners and we'd all fix plates for eachother and send them around our towns with our uncles and aunts. Enchiladas! I'm so stoked my husband loves mine!
