Quick Savory Cranberry Glazed Pork Loin Roast

This is awesome. "Tweeked" the recipe a little by using chopped fresh applies and fresh cranberries & cooking until soft. Added some suger, then rest of ingrediants. My smaill family of 3 ate the whole roast within 24 hours.... thanks so much for this one.

Italian Dressing Mix

I use this recipe for marinating chicken for the grill. I marinated chicken for around 6 hours in the fridge & the results were better than any grilled chicken I have ever eaten at any restaurant. Used the leftover chicken for salads, sandwiches, etc...thanks so much for this recipe.

Steph's Zesty Sweet and Sour Meatballs

These were terrific as appitizers. However I doubled the recipe and pureed the pineapple and added extra canned pineapple juice, and used very little worchester sauce. I made the pineapple "sauce" into a light glaze (with cornstarch). Thanks for the recipe...I will make again.

Seafood Nachos

Modified the recipe a little, but this was terrific, quick & delicious. My son really enjoyed them. I heated nachos in the microwave for 30 seconds and they were perfect! Thank you for this one, it's a keeper.
