Soft Chocolate Cookies

Easy recipe and the cookies had a nice soft texture, but they weren't very chocolate-y. Maybe they need more cocoa? Regardless, I've made better and won't be saving this recipe.

Special Lobster Bisque

Perfect! I wanted a basic bisque for my stone crab claws and this was perfect as is. I did make a broth from my crab shells instead of using chicken broth, but I am sure it's just as good with the chicken. I will definately make this again!

Meringue Kisses I

These are easy and tasty! I made a double batch the first time and it filled 4 cookie sheets and a pizza pan! I used half vanilla and half almond extract, crushed the chocolate chips and cooked them in the turned off 350 oven for 30 mins, then at 200 for 45 mins - they turned out crunchy all the way thru. Next time I will cook them as directed because I'd prefer them a little chewy in the middle.

Chicken Soup With Black Beans and Corn

This was so tasty and easy! I used 4 cups of water and boulion instead of the soup base, put the jalepeno in the blender with the tomatoes instead of chopping by hand, and added pre-cooked chicken breast. My husband & I ate the entire pot! I will be making this again.
