I'm a single mom and grandmother and cooking relaxes me. I enjoy finding new recipes and making them for others to try Anything with chicken or potatoes. I also love to work with cheese items. Holiday items are always fun. Cooking the dishes that my mom made for my family is great. I can't bake very well. Mostly because I don't like a lot of sweets so my heart just isn't in it but I'm trying to get better.
