Chicken Alfredo with Fettuccini Noodles
This was so gritty, I suppose from the ricotta cheese. My kids liked it, but my husband and I couldn't eat this again.

Cheddar Chicken Pie
This was wonderful. I did cook it in a 9x9 glass pan, because I thought it wouldn't fit in a pie plate. I had to cook it longer, but it was worth the extra time! I'll make this again.

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches
Five stars! I did only use about 10 oz. of sauce and 1 cup of water instead of the full amount of sauce. I knew my family couldn't handle the spice. It came out great--everyone ate it, including my 1 year old!!! I just added extra sauce to mine when I put my sandwich together. Loved it!
