Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I
These by far were the best oatmeal cookies my family and I have ever had. Did not have shortening so replaced it with butter and added 2 tsp. vanilla. My son does not like cholocate chip so I used Ghirardelli Classic White Chips. So good!

Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies
The best peanut butter cookies I have ever had. My husband could not stop eating the dough. Only changes I made was I used chunky peanut butter instead of regular smooth peanut butter; did not have shortening so used 1 cup of butter as a substitution. AWESOME COOKIE!

Applesauce Barbeque Sauce
Gave this awesome recipe only a 4 instead of 5 because it uses way too much sugar. The only change I made to the recipe is instead of 2 cups of sugar I used 1/2 and it was still sweet enough. Used it over porkchops; YUMMO!
