My family is Italian and Scottish, so cooking to combine the traditional dishes from both sides of the family is fun and often produces new family dishes.

Orzo with Parmesan and Basil
I make this every other week. My mom and sister keep asking me to make it for them, the dish has really won us over.

Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli
I made this last night for my family, however I added a little too much lemon juice. I'll be making this dish again soon, with less lemon juice.
