It was a lot of work, and I don't love black licorice.

I really liked the unique flavor in this recipe; there was really too little of it (the flavor) though. The sauce was too thin and didn't soak into or stick to the pork chops. Next time, I'll try marinading it and not just brushing it one right before grilling. I also would like to try some sliced apples in a tin foil pouch with the leftover sauce on the grill. That could be good with it.

These potatoes tasted great, but I was grossed out by the large amount of butter.
