This is one of the best and easiest chocolate pies I have ever eaten. We make it with the No Roll Pie Crust II from this site. My 11 year old daughter loves to make this, because it is so simple and everyone loves it. The only change we make is we use 2 - 5 oz cans of evaporated milk instead of the 12 oz can. It always turns out perfectly and there is never any left to take home. Thanks for this wonderful recipe. It's the only chocolate pie we make anymore.

This is such an easy and delicious recipe. I found it for my 10 year old daughter who wanted to make a pie one night and we were all out of store bought pie crusts. She is now the "Pie Maker" in our house. Everyone who's tried this loves it. It isn't a sweet crust, so would be good for chicken pot pie as well as chocolate pie, which is what we usually make, specifically Bev's Chocolate Pie from this site. Great recipe. Hubby and kids loved it, I'm not as crazy about fish, but it was very good. We will definitely have again.
