Chicken Souvlaki Gyro Style
I thought this was fantastic. Quick tip on using nonfat yogurt - drain with cheese cloth draped over a colander for 4 hours. This makes a very thick and rich yogurt.

Sauteed Swiss Chard with Parmesan Cheese
I have tried many times to get a recipe that was really good. This is really good! I didn't have white wine so I used some broth from some pork I was cooking and it worked perfectly.

Asian Sugar Snap Pea Appetizer
Our garden gives us way too many peas and this was the perfect way to eat them all up! They were great cooked and cooled but half of them were eaten raw and dipped into the sauce while waiting for everyone to get home for dinner. Great both ways.
