Moist and Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies
These were very tasty but cooked larger and flatter then I expected. 1st batch come out to crispy, lowered the cooking time by 2 mins still a little crispy but had some of the chewiness we were looking for. Also used suggested method for add kiss but substituted left over Halloween mini candy bars.

Chewy Coconut Cookies
We really enjoyed these, they are very quick and easy to make. I made half the batch regular and the other half with dark chocolate chips. The chocolate compliments the cookies wonderfully. We would like to have more coconut in ours so I recommend using a larger amount.

Ground Beef Pie
Jazzed iy up a little. While the beef was browning added some onion, garlic, bay leaves, and mustard seed. Then poured batter into muffin pans. Added beef, cheese, and covered in more batter. Perfect serving size.
