Made this last night and the corn was really tender and delicious, however...I too took a different approach and soaked the corn in water, husks on, for an hour and then threw them on the grill for 30 min. I was amazed how easily the silk came off with the husk!!!

Banana Banana Bread

DELICIOUS!!! I never thought I would find a banana bread I liked as much as my own, but the search is over...I may make this more often than my own because it so much easier than my quite-involved version. Moist, moist, moist! Made it last night and it is almost gone already! YUM!!!
