Chicken In Basil Cream

Excellent! I used light cream and doubled the recipe for the sauce. I poured it over steamed brussel sprouts and bowtie noodles. Fabulous!! I will definitely make it again.

Phenomenal Chicken and Pasta in Creamy Pesto Sauce

Good recipe. Used milk instead of heavy cream because it was what I had. Cream would definitely help it out. Rather mild but a good middle of the road dish that my whole family liked.

Marinated Flank Steak

I marinated it for 6 hours. I grilled some red onions and asparagus that I brushed with olive oil, fresh ground pepper, and sea salt. My husband loved the steak with onion all in one bite.

I followed the recipe fairly closely and it turned out well. The flavors are not very strong so next time I would try to add more spices or use fresh ones. Overall a good, quick meal.

Anthony's Lime Chicken with Pasta

My husband said it was the best thing I'd made in awhile. I cook a wide variety of things so this was quite a compliment. I did use the juice of 2 limes rather than the whole lime and I used a can of diced tomatoes with basil, oregano, and garlic. My kids (12 and 8) also loved it. This will be a staple from now on.

Grilled Ham Steak

This was great. My steaks were smoked so I needed to reduce the grill time to 5 min per side. I used apple butter instead of preserves, as someone else did. I also substituted 1/2 stone ground mustard and 1/2 dijon mustard for the prepared mustard. It was fabulous. Use the leftover sauce on the ham. Everyone loved it.

Shrimp, Broccoli, and Sun-dried Tomatoes Scampi with Angel Hair

Good recipe. I added 2 cloves of garlic, fresh basil, salt, and pepper and sauteed them with the sundried tomatoes. Instead of broccoli, I used asparagus and cooked it with the shrimp. Added fresh lemon juice and parmesean cheese just before serving. My 12 year old son and husband loved it.

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

This was fabulous. Not too heavy and full of peanut butter flavor. I melted semisweet chocoloate chips and peanut butter chips and drizzled both over the top. I also used a graham cracker crust. This will be a keeper!!

This recipe was fantastic. I used light cream and doubled it as many of the reviews mentioned. I served it with steamed broccoli and penne pasta. My husband and kids loved it. Next time I would try fresh garlic but otherwise it was delicious.
