Easy Company Chicken
A can of mushroom and a can of cream of chicken were our choices. It went together easily, and was pretty tasty. Nothing really out of the ordinary though.

Slow Cooker Turkey Breast
We added only the butter pats to the original recipe. We ended up cooking our 5 pound breast 7 hours on high, when the meat thermometer showed 170 per the instructions on the breast, then went back to low. For all that, the meat came out well, good texture and came off the bone easily. I wonder if the fact that our crock pot is the larger removable crock variety made the longer time & higher temperature necessary. Or maybe we only thought it was necessary; crock pots have a large margin of error sometimes. One outright positive was the ease of making a good gravy from the generous amount of drippings. I used 1.25 cups of the liquid, 2T flour, and about 2T of milk, heating them in a large frying pan.
