I didn't have the mini chips, either - so I used regular sized semi-sweets and doubled them, as many other reviewers did. I had an overgrown zucchini from the garden, so I cut around the seeds and put the seedless pieces through the salad shooter to grate them. Fabulous, I will definitely make these again! Thank you!

I paired this with the Rice with Summer Squash recipe I found here tonight. Delightful. I did replace the 1/2 cup white sugar with 1/4 cup brown sugar and then used to line the pan and covered it with foil for the first half of cooking. I will definitely make this again! Thank you!

This was excellent. I paired it with Baked Teriyaki Chicken I found here, too. Definitely a keeper. Visually appealing AND delicious and frankly, guilt free. Thank you for sharing!
