'Chinese Buffet' Green Beans
Excellent recipe! It is now one of our very favorite vegetable recipes! I left out the white sugar, and I used garlic powder (was out of fresh garlic). I was so anxious to try this recipe, and the first time all I had was frozen green beans, and it was still excellent. After that, I have used fresh, but I think it was just as good with the frozen. Thanks so much for this very tasty recipe!

Turkey Loaf
Very flavorful recipe! My entire family and neighbor thought it was wonderful! Instead of the bread crumbs, I used 3/4 cup oatmeal (healthier) and 1/2 cup milk (since some reviewers said it was slightly dry). I will make this very often, and it was so EASY! Excellent recipe!

Pork Tenderloins with Roasted Potatoes
Excellent tasting meal and the potatoes were exceptional (the carrots I added too). I used turkey tenderloins (2-3/4 pound ones) and doubled the recipe. Since I did not have rosemary, so I used poultry seasoning in its place. I also added carrots (don't slice carrots thin or they will burn) with the potatoes. I only had about four hours to marinate, but the taste was still wonderful! My entire family loved this meal, and I plan to make it many, many times.
