Old Fashioned Potato Salad
This is just what I was looking for! This was my first time making potato salad so I was nervous, but it came out wonderful! I don't think I changed anything in this recipe. My only suggestion is to make sure your potatoes are good and cool before peeling and cutting. I made the mistake of not waiting long enough and thought I was going to end up with potato mush, but after putting the potatoes in the refrigerator they hardened up nicely instead of being mushy. I will make this again!!!
