Cranberry Apple Pie III
Delicious! I love the tart flavor the cranberries add to the sweetness of the traditional apple pie. I don't even like apple pie, but couldn't stop eating this! It's definitely a CRANBERRY-apple pie, not apple-cranberry. Next time I'll probably use a few less cranberries, but loved it anyway!

Tiny Pecan Tarts
There was WAY too much butter in the recipe - it was overwhelming. The presentation of these is difficult to perfect. They are messy, sticky, and difficult to get a professional finish on. I am glad I made a "test" batch before the event; I will not make them again.

Jalapeno Popper Spread
What a hit! Took this to a tailgate and everyone loved it. Pretzels are the best as the dipper - kind of neutralizes the flavor and adds some saltiness. I served cold, without parmasean - the parm makes it too greasy.
