Based on the comments in this recipe, i reduced the amount of lemon juice to 2T, but it was still very sour. It might have something to do with the type of lemon i used, as some lemons are more sour than others. Will further reduce the lemon Juice used next time. The hollandaise sauce was wonderfully creamy but light at the same time. Was relatively easy to make. Would Definitely recommend this recipe to anyone who is making eggs Benedict for the first time. Had a blast.
