Restaurant-Style Zuppa Toscana
Fantastic! Tastes just like the 'real deal'. I used Italian sausage that comes in the plastic roll like breakfast sausage to make it more like the restaurant version. My chicken base cubes were more on the salty side, but nothing some water or stock couldn't fix. Thank you so much for posting this!!! This was the first 'like' recipe that turned out perfect!!! I'm a happy girl!

Fried Empanadas
DA BOMB! Upped the cumin and paprika and added a few pats of butter and a little more salt to the dough. I questioned the raisins and egg, but they are delicious! The raisins add just a hint of sweetness to cut through the richness. I also made some empanadas with just meat & cheese. Hubby loved those!

Shish Tawook Grilled Chicken
Delicious! I make this at least once a week. I use butterflied chicken breast and grill it as is (I'm too lazy for skewers). Not only is it easy, but you can keep it in the marinade if your dinner plans change and the flavor gets better! Hubby and I eat it with rice and with hummus.
