Hearty Pasta Tomato Soup
Outstanding! I'd suggest a couple changes, but nothing huge. First I'd suggest using sausage links cut up. The ground sausage got a bit dried out for my taste. And I'd saute the onions w/ the sausage. I didn't have any tomato sauce so I used leftover pasta sauce (vodka sauce) and it was FANTASTIC. Also, I used fresh pasta, which allowed me to toss it straight into the crockpot 30 minutes before serviing time. saved doing more dishes. This is a great recipe, I'll be making MANY times.

Artichoke and Sun-dried Tomato Chicken
I already rated this, but just tried something else and it was even better. As I said before, I deglaze w/ wine. (red or white). I recently served over parmesan polenta (it was the instant polenta & I added 1/2 c parmesan. It was delicious. Rave reviews..again!

Chocolate Covered Caramels
by the way, if you decide not to coat them w/ chocolate, *lightly* dust them with a pastry brush with cornstarch to keep them from sticking..the gloss goes away, but they remain separated
