Bow Tie Pasta with Sausage and Sweet Peppers
This was even more delicious than I had imagined! I don't eat red meat so I used turkey Italian sausage and chicken broth. I actually took the sausage out of the casing and turned into a spicy ground turkey kind of thing and VOILA. I can not wait to make this again!

Spaghetti Carbonara II
My first spaghetti dish and it came out so deliciously. I'm not a red meat eater so I took out the bacon, and substituted white onions for green onions. I will definitely make this again!

Black Bean and Corn Salad
My first bean salad. I couldn't be happier, well actually I could, I'd leave out the celery and maybe go for shredded cheese instead of chopped up cubes. But that's just personal opinion/preference. Delicious none the less! Can't wait to share it with friends.
