Oatmeal Raisin Cookies I
fabulous! perfect just as it is- i didn't need to add extra flour or anything, they were perfectly chewy throughout, and crispy on the edges. i wonder if people had problems with these when not using rolled oats; maybe folks are using quick oats, which won't work in this recipe.
