Butter Frosting
I had some eggnog in the fridge. So I decided to modify this recipe to make eggnog frosting. I just substituted 1/4 cup + 1 1/2 tsp eggnog for the milk and vanilla. Delicious! Such a great texture. I topped chocolate eggnog cupcakes with the frosting and they were a hit.

Stir Fried Wok Vegetables
I was being adventurous trying fish sauce and oyster sauce for the first time...I must not have the palate for it. The vegetable combination was great prior to adding the sauces...I will have to try again with a different brand of fish sauce and oyster sauce...maybe I got a bad batch...I had never had bok choy before either...it is great! :)

Clone of a Cinnabon
Delicious! And I even made them with ALL Whole Wheat Flour...My husband who hates whole wheat anything...loved them.:) I just substituted the exact amount of bread flour with whole wheat and added 1/3 cup of natural apple sauce to moisten. I do not have a bread machine so I followed dough hook instructions per other reviews. I did also double the icing recipe...it was a lot, but I love the icing...the little bit left over I used for dipping fruit.
