Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Very easy and super good. Boyfriend said it was the best meatloaf he has ever had. I went against the original recipe and put the ketchup/brown sugar glaze on top of the loaf. Yummy!

I took other's advice and put all dry ingredients in the pot then whisked in the milk slowly. Once incorporated I then turned on the heat. Kept stirring until thickened then added the vanilla and butter. Boyfriend loves this.

Chocolate Covered Caramel Surprise Cookies

These are sooo good! I used caramel and mint hershey kisses. I skipped the white chocolate at the end. They are so good they don't even need it.

Annie's Turkey Salad

This is so good. I used left over turkey, miracle whip, dijon mustard and dill pickles. I toasted a roll under the broiler with real parmesan cheese, pulled out of the oven, loaded up with the salad then added cayenne pepper on top. Yummo!

Caramel Popcorn

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

This is the bomb!!! I could eat this everyday. I took advice from other reviewers and doubled the sauce. Man is it awesome. I put down foil on my baking sheet. I'm glad I did that. Cleanup was a snap. Will be making this again.

Roasted Pork Loin

This is yummy. I added the wine before cooking. I also cut up some red potatoes and threw those in with the pork. I cooked my 2lb roast for about and hour and 15 min. I then took the juices added some flour and made a gravy. This is a great dinner.

Baked Chicken Nuggets

I took the advice of others and used eggs instead of butter. Had no problem with the breading sticking to the chicken. I also used my cookie cooling rack so the chicken would crisp up on both sides. Worked great. I did add rosemary to the breading. For dipping sauce I used "Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken" recipe from this site. Boy was this a good dinner!

Lemon Pasta Sauce

The BF and I loved this. I paired it with Garlic Lemon Doubled Stuffed Chicken also on this site. They worked wonderful together. Not so healthy, but oh so good. I used chicken broth instead of beef.

Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Fries

Absolutely loved this. I marinated the chicken and taters in a bowl in the fridge for about an hour. Then popped the taters in the oven for 30 mins before adding the chicken. So delicious! Not to mention healthy. I will be making this often.

Bill's Sausage Gravy

This is great. It was especially great for me because I woke up on a Sunday morning and smelled sausage. I walked down stairs and the boyfriend was at the stove cooking! First time he has ever cooked for me. It turned out awesome. We put our gravy over english muffins.

French Dip Sandwiches

OMG! This is the bomb. I had a two pound chuck roast. I used two bouillon cubes and instead of water one can of beef broth. I threw out my other french dip recipe from this site. This is and will remain the recipe I use. The rosemary is just awesome. The boyfriend and I love it!

Parmesan Chicken II

Very good. I added italian bread crumbs, garlic powder and oregano to the cheese mixture. I also drudged my chicken in flour before dipping in the egg. Will be making again for sure.
