Jalapeno Popper Spread

I loved this. I also mixed the parmesan with panko bread crumbs and topped for the last 15 minutes of baking. I used fire roasted jalapenos. It had a wonderful kick.

This is a great marinade. I didn't have a lime so I just doubled the lemon. Chicken was so moist and delicious.

Gooey Butter Cookies

My bf and I both said this is our new favorite cookie. So soft and gooey! Half I did plain and half I put chocolate chips in. Delicious either way. I baked mine for the full 13 minutes.

Grilled Chicken Thighs Tandoori

Reviewed: May 14, 2009
Awesome! I did not have cloves or coriander, but even without those two ingredients this dish is delicious. I can't wait to try this with them. I marinated for 24 hours, did not wipe the marinade from the thighs, grilled on med-high heat for 2 minutes per side then turned grill down to low and cooked an additional 10 minutes. The chicken turned out so juicy and tasty! A must try!

Make Ahead Lunch Wraps

Reviewed: May 6, 2009
This is what I was looking for. An inexpensive lunch high in fiber. So versatile too. I added green, red and yellow peppers. Also added chili pdr, cumin, onion pdr and garlic pdr. I like my food spicy so I also added some Tabasco. I cut the recipe in half and it made 10 wraps. So good!

Fast and Friendly Meatballs

With a little "extra" added to these, they are great! Onion pdr, garlic pdr, oregano and basil. Mix all up. Bake as instructed. Put some hoagie buns under the broiler for a few(with a slice of cheese). Throw on a couple of these balls and add some spaghetti sauce on top. Delicious!

Zucchini Brownies

Reviewed: May 1, 2009
These are so great. I took advice from others and replaced the oil with apple sauce. The boyfriend loved these at first, then I told him there was zucchini in them. Not so fond of them now. So I took the batch to work and everyone loved them. Two people requested the recipe. Fabulous!

Brian's Favorite Sauce

This is delicious. I did not add the onion, but did add extra cayenne. I simmered for a couple of hours on top of the stove. There are only two of us so I was able to freeze some for a quick dinner later. My boyfriend Brian says this is the best spaghetti sauce ever. I agree.

Oh so good! Definite comfort food. I used 1 cup of sharp cheddar in place of the american. Added way more cayenne, like it spicy, and used ritz crackers on top. I also soaked the bread crumbs in the milk. Delicious!
