A great healthy snack. I used one can, drained and rinsed very well. Patted them dry and placed on a baking sheet. I then poured a little EVOO on top and rolled them around. Baked at 420 for 20 minutes, then tured the temp up to 450 for a few minutes. Took them out and added garlic salt, cayenne and lemon pepper. They are so good!
