Wisconsin Native's Beer Cheese Soup

VERY GOOD SOUP. I OMITTED THE ONIONS AND CELERY (I DON'T CARE FOR EITHER). I LOVE SPICY SO I ADDED EXTRA TABASCO. ALSO, ADDED IN SOME LEFTOVER BRATS I HAD. THAT WAS A GREAT ADDITION. HOWEVER, NEXT TIME I WILL PROBABLY LEAVE OUT THE DIJON. IT WAS A LITTLE OVERPOWERING. USED COORS LIGHT AND ADDED CROUTONS ON TOP. WILL BE MAKING THIS AGAIN FOR SURE!

TAKES AWHILE FOR THE FINISHED PRODUCT BUT IT IS WORTH IT. I USED MORE BUTTER THAN CALLED FOR AND ALSO ADDED IN SHREDDED CHEDDAR.

GREAT! I USED TWO PACKS OF ITALIAN MIX AND USED BEEF BROTH INSTEAD OF WATER. I ALSO SHREDDED MEAT AFTER 8 HOURS AND COOKED FOR ANOTHER 1 HOUR. SERVED ON HOAGIES WITH CHEESE. YUMMY!

Creamy Chicken Lasagna

Excellent. A great change from the ordinary lasagna. I did add onion powder, garlic powder and pepper to the chicken as it boiled. I also added fresh garlic, onion powder, dried basil, oregano and italian seasoning to the cheese mixture. What a great recipe! I will be making this again for sure.

Awesome Steak Marinade

WOW!!! I am not one to eat steak but the boyfriend loves it. So I thought I would make it for him. I used this recipe and my goodness, now I love to eat steak. The flavor is absolutely amazing! The steak melts in your mouth. This will be the only way I marinate my steak now. Thanks!
