Crispy Chicken Topped with Maple Mustard Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2012
Made this last night with Dijon Roasted New Potatoes. Not a fan of dijon so I subbed both recipes with spicy brown mustard. What a great meal. The chicken turned out moist with a ton of flavor. I forgot to add the butter but didn't make a difference to me. Saved a few calories. Will make again.

Dijon-Roasted New Potatoes

These potatoes were great. I'm not a fan of dijon so I subbed with spicy brown mustard. Was a little nervous of how they would taste. Both the BF and I loved them. Will make again. Thanks!

Great simple dessert. I used peanut m&m's that I ran through my food processor. I also layerd in a thin layer of crushed graham crackers. Really pretty and really good!

Great pork balls! I used italian seasoning and cooked as stated. After cooking I drained all the liquid and made a roux then added the cooking liquid back in. Made a great gravy to go over the yummy and moist pork balls.

Cheese Herb Bread

Excellent Bread. I didn't have any milk powder so I replaced 1/4 cup of water for skim milk. Unfortunatley I ran out of marjoram but I'm sure with that addition this bread would be even better.

Sausage-Stuffed French Loaf

Really yummy. I left out the onion, sausage and fennel. Added in ketchup, worchestire, italian seasoning, garlic powder, thyme and red pepper flakes. You can really change this recipe up any way you want. The bread turned out nice and crunchy. Will be making again. UPDATE: Made this again using chicken breast. I boiled three breast in water for 20 minutes over medium heat. Then chopped up and threw in my food processor. Then combined the chicken, cheese, an egg, some bread crumbs, teryaki sauce, red pepper flakes and s/p. Turned out awesome!

This recipe is not a five star as written. People have changed the recipe and then rated it a five star. Be aware. I followed the recipe and man oh man the chops turned out so salty we could not eat them. We ended up throwing them out and I didnt add any salt!

Awesome bar! I didn't have the cereal so I threw in more oats. Left out the oil and didn't use as much dried fruit. I didn't think they would hold together but they do. I only cooked mine for about 18 minutes. I love that there is no butter in this recipe. Thanks!
