Awesome Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
Certainly frees up your time with the oven. I like to make it during lunch when I have to deal with the dishes.

Fettuccini with Basil and Brie
First five star rating I have given out on this site. Would I make this again? Yes Would I do it differently? Yes but only from time to time, maybe throw in some crumbled bacon or chopped polenta. Using brie in this format is ingenious. Beats mac and cheese by a mile.

Throw Together Mexican Casserole
I only gave this a three star because of the original recipe. I found it a tad bit bland for my taste, I had to add more taco seasoning, kicked it up a notch with tabasco which gave it a four star rating. I would suggest reading other reviews to see what you can do to make it your taste. I also added green chile.
