Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs
Excellent recipe. Easy to make, very tender and flavorful. I used dried rosemary since I didn't have fresh, and I cooked them under the broiler. Next time I'll make some vegetable skewers at the same time and try the marinade on the veggies too.

Chicken with Garlic, Basil, and Parsley
We loved this flavorful and healthy dish. I used fresh basil, but got lazy and used dried minced garlic. It was very moist and tender. Unlike others, we had no desire to add the extra calories and fat of a cheese topping. Next time, I might sprinkle a little extra salt, basil, and parsley on top of the tomato slices. This is definitely going to be a regular at our house!

Tamra's Lemon Artichoke Pesto
Excellent! I used basil instead of cilantro like another reviewer, and I couldn't find frozen artichoke hearts at the store, so I used an 8 oz jar. Added to about 3 cups cooked cubed chicken, made an absolutely divine chicken salad.
