Great recipe to start with and easy to tweak to one's own tastes if needed. The amount of mayo is just right to hold all the ingredients together.

Very good the only thing I would change is bake in a smaller dish, in a 9x13 the brownies come out very thin

Feta Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Breasts

This is delicious. I am a huge fan of bacon so did 2 slices per breast and used a small palm full of crumbled feta instead of slices. Tasted great and cooked up juicy.

Slow Cooker Lentils and Sausage

I started putting water in before I realized I didn't have enough lentils so I added more carrots and a can of new potatoes so it wouldn't be watery. With the additions it was wonderful. I only give it a four because without the extra veggies there wouldn't have been enough for me.

Chicken Pot Pie VII

I only used the recipe for the crust and used a different recipe for the inside. The crust had a nice taste though I found it a little dry, though my friends loved it.

Flourless Chocolate Cake I

Even though I was unable to get the cake out of the pan, this cake is delicious. I topped with chocolate ganache. It is very rich when you use dark chocolate but very tasty

Moroccan Lentil Soup

I was surprised at how almost sweet this soup was. With all the spices I expected it to be hotter. It was good but not great... I did as others suggested and used ras el hanout in place of garam marsala.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

It is a little more watery then I like but otherwise fantastic, I tweaked the recipe a little to use what I had and used the broth from a ham bone and half and half. Also added a can of corn which gave it a little more veggies.

I didn't brown the meat before, just threw everything in the pot together and it came out wonderful. The sauce is thin, so if you like it thicker, add flour.

Curried Honey Mustard Chicken

My friends love this chicken. I added frozen stir-fry veggies and it made a very good meal. I thought there would be more of a honey mustard taste but the curry is the most prevalent.

Spaghetti Carbonara II

This pasta is very tasty. I did as a previous post suggested and mix the egg and cheese together with heavy cream and then added that mixture to the pasta. It turned out nice and creamy.

Sesame Noodles

These noodles are delicious served cold. I added cucumber and let it sit in the fridge for a few hours and it made a great salad.
