Gourmet Mushroom Risotto
I would only be careful with the salt, sometimes the chicken stalk and the butter can be too salty. I used wild rice because I am in a high fiber diet, and tasted very good. Only had to add more liquid so it riched al dente quality.

Make more or you wont be able to completelly cover the pie

Best Cherry Pie
Everyone in my family LOVED the pie (so much my mother actually stole the quarter I have left aside for my cousin). I did cut the sugar to 3/4 as suggested, and added a little bit of nutmeg, because I like spice.
