i like to paint, and read; cooking, however, is in my blood. while im not the primary cook of my family (that would have to be my mom), i love doing it. i experiment a lot, especially with desserts, and am always willing to try something new. i have to say, i make the BEST chilli! i tag-team with my sister who's corn bread is,(i'll give it to her), awesome. Making fruit salad with my grandma for thanksgiving, and tamales and bunuelos for christmas with my Tia Ofelia. the first time i came up with something really good, that other people liked as well, was a chocolate-orange liquor cake. i knew i could cook when i made shrimp alfredo from ingredients lying around in the kitchen...and it was loved..! ooh, too many to count.
