Buffalo Chicken Dip
Not pretty, but very tasty! Even my picky older brother ate it. :)

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic
Tastes great. Even my four year old ate it. I had a hard time getting the sauce to reduce properly. After I had already plated it I realized I hadn't finished the sauce with the butter. This would have thickened the sauce...oops! It was still very good, and easy. I will make this again.

Zucchini Patties
Good, but could use some more flavor. I will add a little garlic next time. Great way to use the summer zucchini.
