I enjoy writing poetry and scrapbooking. I've just got interested in cooking homemade meals. I like that feeling of accomplishment. I also love reading and spending time with my husband and kids. I like anything Mexican because it's what I've been raised with! So, I like the rice recipes and pinto bean recipes. But, I'm open to trying anything new! I don't really have any, but, my mom would take left-overs and throw it all together and make something good out of it. I'm a bit similar. I don't waste anything, I always find a way to use it all. Well, the Mexican rice, the Chicken flavored rice and the spaghetti sauce recipes I found on here, all have turned out great, so thanks to them I was able to make something eatable! Everything! I'm like a disaster in the kitchen! Enter at your own risk! They invented smoke alarms because of ME! Seriously, I am getting better! Really!
