Used this recipe in a dish that I'll be cooking for my vegan friends. The filling is strawberries sautéed in soy butter and honey and then flambéed with imported grappa. It's topped with chocolate gonache which is bittersweet chocolate with soy butter. On the side is coconut icecream with a circle of sugar lace.
