really fantastic. I'm a great fan of mint choc chip ice cream and this recipe didn't let me down. I don't like peppermint and I couldn't get hold of mint essence so i used crushed mint leaves instead. Next time I will grate in the chocolate as suggested by other reviwerers. Thanks for a great recipe.

I have lived in Spain for the past 8 years and have to agree that this recipe is very authentic. I would also like to point out to a previous reviewer that in NO part of Spain do they serve paella with olives in it.
