Stuffed Green Peppers I

I did not like this recipe at all...so bland. I even added garlic powder to the meat mixture and followed everything else exactly. Maybe it needs sauce added to the meat mixture? Very very bland....will not be making again.

Broccoli Chicken Divan

Made this last nite and both me and hubby really enjoyed it. I had 2 slices and he ate the rest! I dusted chicken with Accent before cooking it along w/ adding minced garlic. I also dusted the broccoli w/ garlic powder while layering. Thanks for a great recipe!

Rib Eye Steaks with a Soy and Ginger Marinade

Packed a lot of flavor..ingredients for marinade are pricey if you don't have them all on hand (sesame seed oil was over 6$ alone.) Tasted a lot of soy...didn't care for this too much, but then again everybody's tastes are different...

Triple Strawberry Cake

Perfect light summer cake! Another tip: 4 cups of water is for 6 oz of gelatin. Recipe calls for 3 OZ!! Therefore, you only need 2 cups of water. Definitely will make again... thanx!

Creamy Pesto Shrimp

Excellent! I didn't skimp on anything..I used the good stuff heavy cream, all butter, etc. This Italian chick is proud of her curves! I did use Knorr's packet of pesto and it turned out fabulous...good thing about this recipe too is there is plenty of sauce. I did add plain diced tomatoes, and scallions which gave it a little extra kick. Definitely will be making this again, thank you!

Angel Chicken Pasta

This pasta was awesome, I will make over and over again! I used thin cut chicken breasts and it was ready in just 30 minutes! My hubby mentioned if I added sauteed onions/peppers if would taste very similar to his favorite dish at Olive Garden. I will also add a clove of garlic. Very very good!!! *Note* Been making recipe a few times now...just sauteed some spinach with garlic and added to the mix....hummy!!!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

I followed another user's advice and patted some garlic powder and pepper to the chicken breast before frying. Definitely needs an extra punch of spice if you enjoy a lot of flavor. I will make this again...very good!

Mom's Rum Cake

First time making rum cake and the cake itself turned out delicious and made my house smell heavenly! However, I "goofed" on the glaze. I thought I had it thick enough but when I poured the rum in, it liquified so I substituted with powdered sugar :o( Someone feel free to explain my error here...
