Zucchini Patties
I found your recipe in the Allrecipes Cookbook. Awesome! I added salt, pepper & some garlic powder. I didn't have any mozzarella so I used some Mexican cheese. They fried up perfect! I can't wait for my husband to try them, but if he doesn't get home soon, I'm afraid they will be gone! Excellent recipe!!

White Texas Sheet Cake
We loved this cake! I took the advice of others and cut down on the sugar. I ground up the nuts for the icing only because that's how we like them. I've made this recipe several times and it's been a hit each time!
