Pesto Pasta with Chicken
Very easy. Great for those with Basil in the garden. My picky 9 year old claims its the best pasta ever.

Artichoke Chicken
My husband, who HATES chicken, rated this one as very very good. I also did half mayo (olive oil mayo has half the fat naturally) and sour cream. The only thing i didn't love was the artichoke seemed to firm too firm. I might cook it longer in lower heat then broil next time.
